Before your rental, we verify your driver's license, proof of insurance, and payment method, and place the refundable security deposit. We'll let you know exactly what we need, and it only takes a few minutes. See our Rental Policies for the full requirements.
We deliver the car, detailed and fueled, to your home, hotel, venue, or airport. The first 10 miles are complimentary (see Service Areas). You can also pick it up from our location.
At handoff we walk around the car with you, document its condition with photos, and show you the controls.
Every rental includes 125 miles per day. Our team is available 24/7 if you need anything. Want someone else behind the wheel? Add a chauffeur on select vehicles.
At the end of your rental we pick the car up from you, or you drop it off at our location. We do a final walk-around together, and once the vehicle is inspected your security deposit is released.

All drivers must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license in good standing.
A valid personal auto insurance policy with coverage that extends to rental vehicles.
A refundable deposit, placed on a major credit card, that varies by vehicle and is listed on each car's page.
