These Terms of Service govern your use of the Echelon Economic Rentals website and the services offered through it by Echelon Rental Group ("Echelon," "we," "us"). By using this website or submitting a reservation request, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

Reservations

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a vehicle. A reservation is confirmed only when Echelon confirms it with you directly.
Every rental is governed by a separate rental agreement signed before the rental begins, along with our Rental Policies and Cancellation & Refund Policy. If those documents conflict with these terms, the rental agreement controls.
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Pricing & Availability

Rates, vehicles, and availability shown on the website may change without notice. Listed prices are starting rates for renters who carry their own insurance. We make every effort to keep information accurate, but errors can occur. If a posted price is wrong, we'll contact you before confirming your reservation. Vehicles are listed by class (compact, sedan, SUV), and the specific make and model you receive may vary.

Communications

By submitting a request, you agree that Echelon may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your reservation. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time.

Chat Assistant

The chat assistant on this website uses artificial intelligence to answer general questions. Its answers are for information only and may contain mistakes. It can't make, change, or confirm reservations. Your rental agreement and our published policies control over anything the assistant says.

Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false or fraudulent requests, or using automated tools to collect its content.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Echelon Rental Group and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
